Product Safety Notice: Digitel 1500 Ion Pump Control

PHI has recently received one incident report of a potential shock hazard that exists when changing the fan filter located on the rear panel of the Digitel 1500.

Normal operation of the Digitel 1500 is safe.

PHI has investigated the report and has designed an update kit that will eliminate this potential shock hazard potential.

For more information or to schedule the update, please contact Physical Electronics Customer Service. The fan filter should not be changed until after the update had been completed.
