PHI XPS User at PNNL/EMSL

Surface Scientist, Mark Engelhard, at the Pacific Northwest National Lab's (PNNL) Environmental Molecular Science Laboratory (EMSL), is a PHI XPS user. He is the author or co-author of over 230 peer reviewed scientific journal publications, many of which use data generated on the PHI Quantum or Quantera instruments at the EMSL facility.
