Physical Electronics Introduces the PHI VersaProbe
At the 53rd meeting of the American Vacuum Society, Physical Electronics will introduce a new XPS instrument, the VersaProbe.

The VersaProbe provides the unique capabilities of PHI’s scanning x-ray microprobe technology on a versatile multi-technique instrument platform. Optional accessories include C 60 sputtering, UPS, dual anode x-ray source, and several sample handling options.
