Dr. David Narum, Executive Director of Research & Development and PHI Board Member, retired effective July 8th after nearly 22 cumulative years with the company.

From 1990-1995 he was a member of the technical staff in the Advanced Technology Group, and Director of Research and Development from 1996-2000. He returned to that position in 2010 until his retirement.

In anticipation of David's retirement, Milo Cumaranatunge was appointed Director of Engineering in April, 2021 and he will now assume the role of Executive Director and PHI Board Member.

Milo joined PHI in 1997 with a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He has previously been a member of the PHI software development group and manager of the electrical engineering group. His long tenure at PHI gives him exceptional knowledge and experience in our technology, products, and markets.
