Physical Electronics is thrilled to attend the Surface Analysis 35th Annual Symposium of the Pacific Northwest Chapter (PNWAVS) at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
Dr Amy Ferryman will be presenting a talk on, " Non-destructive Depth Profiling of Multilayer Films Utilizing XPS/HAXPES."
Surface Analysis ‘24, the bi-annual topical conference sponsored by the Applied Surface Science Division, is an interdisciplinary meeting to discuss advances in surface science and applications. The theme of this meeting will highlight fundamental and applied collaborative research to understand the interactions occurring at surfaces and interfaces. The goal of this symposium is to promote interactions among all participants from industry, national laboratories, and universities.
