2014 Annual Workshop on SIMS

PHI is once again proud to be a major sponsor of the annual SIMS workshop. The workshop is a yearly scientific meeting designed to provide an informal forum for the interchange of practical information about SIMS. This year the workshop will be held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, located just outside of Washington DC.

Dr. Scott Bryan will present his talked titled On the use of Energy Offsetting in TOF-SIMS Analysis.
