PHI Electron Spectroscopy Workshop Participation (Free to all Attendees)

• The Electron Spectroscopy Workshop is free to all attendees.
• Refreshments during breaks, and lunch will be provided.
• Please complete registration by April 13, 2018.

Attendees are invited to contribute a short 15 minute presentation during the workshop (optional). Topics should be focused on XPS and/or AES techniques and applications in surface science and engineering, and could be method development oriented that would be of general interest to other users.

PHI MultiPak XPS Data Processing Workshop (Registration is full)

• Space is limited to the first 15 paid registrations.
• Registration fee for non-university members is $375.00 (The workshop is free to Stanford University students, faculty, and staff).
• Refreshments during the breaks, and lunch will be provided.
• Please note that all participants are required to bring their own laptop computer to the class. If participant does not own a copy of MultiPak ver. 9.x, a trial version will be provided.
• Registrants will be invoiced approximately 2 weeks prior to training. Payment must be received no later than April 13, 2018.
