Photoelectron spectroscopy and the future of surface analysis Faraday Discussion

Physical Electronics Kateryna Artyushkova, Director of Analytical Laboratory & Marketing will present a poster: “Successes and Challenges in Applications of a Laboratory-Based Scanning XPS/HAXPES Instrument” at the Faraday Discussion in April.

The meeting will focus on four main themes:

• In-situ methods: discoveries and challenges
• Buried interfaces
• Time resolved surface analysis (kinetic timescale and molecular timescale)
• Future directions
