Physical Electronics is a proud sponsor of the Journees Nationales des Spectrocopies de Photoemission (JNSPE) Conference being held on the Pierre-Laffitte Campus, Sophia-Antipolis on the French Riviera from May 31 - June 2, 2023.
Wolfgang Betz will be giving a talk on "Combination of XPS and HAXPES: A Powerful Tool for Analyzing Thin Films and Buried Interfaces".
The first edition of the JNSPE, legacy of the two national congresses ELSPEC (2004-2018) and JSE (2017-2021), took place in Dijon in May 2022 and was a real success, bringing together researchers, engineers, technicians and doctoral students in chemistry, physics, materials science.
The JNSPE aims to present the latest developments in photoemission spectroscopy both for the understanding of phenomena related to the physics and chemistry of surfaces and interfaces and to the analytical aspect in the broad sense of these techniques.
