AVS 24th International Conference on Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD 2024)

Physical Electronics is excited to attend the International Conference on Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD 2024).

The conference  will be a three-day meeting dedicated to the science and technology of atomic layer controlled deposition of thin films and atomic layer etching.

Wolfgang Betz will be presenting a talk on "Non-Destructive Characterization of ALD Thin Films Using Angle-resolved XPS and Structure Modeling," August 7th at 9:45am in Hall 3A.
